Take 36 East through Delaware. Get onto I-71 North. Take Exit 140, Rt. 61 South. Turn right (west) on CR 15. CR 15 will go back over I-71. Turn right (north) on CR 218. Turn left (west) on CR 225. The entrance to Heartland is on the right.
